Section 2: Salaries of the Chief Minister, other Ministers and Ministers of State

(1) This Act may be called the Meghalaya (Ministers’ Salaries and Allowances) Act, 1972.State Ordinance of Meghalaya · No. 4 of 1972

There shall be paid –

(a) to the Chief Minister a salary of rupees one thousand five hundred per mensem,

(b) to every other Minister a salary of rupees one thousand two hundred and fifty per mensem, and
