1. Short title and Commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Second Amendment) Order, 2013.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule VI.- In the Schedule VI to the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import rnto India) Order, 2003.-
(i) Against serial no.150, relating lo Garcinia mangostana (Mangosteen), in column (3) the existing entries shall be numbered as item (i) and (ii) thereof and against item (i) as so numbered the existing entry in column (4) shall be numbered as (i) thereof and after (i) so numbered and the entries relating thereto. in columns (5) and (6) the following item and entries shall respectively be inserted. namely
