Whoever in contravention of the provisions of section 12-A of this Act has in his possession any printed label, cork, capsule or seal or an imitation thereof, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to [one year but shall not be less than three months and with fine which may extend to three thousand rupees but shall not be less than one thousand rupees.]
