3. Conduct of business, receiving and investigation of complaints, Regulation, 2007Central Regulations · 2006

The Board may from time to time hold hearings, meetings, discussions, deliberations, inquiries, investigations and consultations as it may consider appropriate in the discharge of its functions under the Act:

Provided that the meetings of the Board shall be convened in accordance with the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Meetings of the Board) Regulations, 2007, amended from time to time.
