A person may authorise an advocate or a Member of any statutory professional body holding a Certificate of Practice as the Board may from time to time specify to represent him and act and plead on his behalf before the Board. The person may also 'l appear himself or may authorise any of his employees to appear before the Board and to act and plead on his behalf. The Board may from time to time specify the tenns and conditions subject to which a person may authorise any other person to represent him and act and plead on his behalf.
