Section 18: Petitions or complaints and pleadings before the Board

3. Conduct of business, receiving and investigation of complaints, Regulation, 2007Central Regulations · 2006

All petitions or complaints to be filed before the Board shall be typewritten, cyclostyled or printed neatly and legibly on one side of white paper and every page shall be consecutively numbered. The contents of the petition or complaint should be divided appropriately into separate paragraphs, which shall be numbered .serially. The petition or complaint shall be accompanied by such documents supporting data and statements as the Board may specify.
