Section 29: Orders of the Board

3. Conduct of business, receiving and investigation of complaints, Regulation, 2007Central Regulations · 2006

(I) All orders and decisions issued or communicated by the Board shall be certified by the signature of the Secretary or any other officer of the Board empowered in this behalf by the Chairperson and bear the official seal of the Board.

_ - (2) All final orders of the Board shall be communicated to the parties to the proceedings und~r the signature of the Secretary or any officer of the Board empowered in this behalf by the Chairperson.
