Section 53: General power to amend

3. Conduct of business, receiving and investigation of complaints, Regulation, 2007Central Regulations · 2006

The Board may, at any time and on such terms as to costs or otherwise, as it may think fit, ame.nd any ~defect or error in any proceed-log before it, and all necessary amendments shall be made for the purpose of determining the real question or issue arising in the proceedings.
