Section 9: Affixation of seal of the Board

3. Conduct of business, receiving and investigation of complaints, Regulation, 2007Central Regulations · 2006

The sea) of the Board shall not be affixed to any instrument except in pursuance of a resolution of the Board.

I 0. Manner and form in which contracts to be executed. - (I) Any contract that may be entered into by the Board or on behalf of the Board shall be ex.ecuted by the Secretary or any other officer duly authorized by the Chairperson in this regard and may in the same manner be varied or discharged.

(2) Any document connected with any contract may be signed and verified on behalf of the Board by the Secretary or any other officer duly authorized by the Chairperson in this regard.

(3) All contracts made according to the provisions of this regulation shall be valid and binding on the Board.
