Short title and commencement- ( 1 ) This Order may be called the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) (Sixth Amendment), Order. 2010 .
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule- VJ.- In the Schedule VI to the Plant Quarantine (Regulation of Import into India) Order, 2003.-
