(2) The committee may at any time call a general meeting of the society and shall call such ft meeting within one month after General meetings.

648 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART H receipt of a requisition in writing from the Registrar or from a financing bank to which the society is indebted or from such number of members or proportion of the total number of members as may be specified in the by-laws of the society.

(2) If a general meeting is not called in accordance with such requisition, the Registrar shall have power to call a general meeting of the society himself.
