And whereas, no objections and suggestions were received from the public in respect ofthe said dnft Order;
Now, therefore, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (2) ofSection2T read wift Section 2E of6e Insecticides Act, 196E (46 of 1968), the Cental Govemment hereby makes the following Order, namely:- ORDER l. (l) This Order may be called the Restriction on Use ofDiazinon Order, 2007.
(2) It shatl come into force on the dare of its publication in the Official Gazetre- 2, (1) No person shall use Diazinon in agriculture except for household use.
(2) All the holders of cenificate of registration shall retum the certificate of registration to the Regisradon Committee for incorpomtion of the waming in bold letten "Banned for use on Agriculture" on labels and leafles.
(3) lf any person who holds the certificare of registration fails to retum the certificate to the Registration Committee, refened to in clause (2), within a period of sixmonths, the certificate of registration granted to rhem shall not be renewed or action shall be taken under Section l.l ofthe said Act.
3. Every State Govemment shall take all such steps under the provisions ofthe said Act and the rules made thereunder, as it considers necessary for the execution ofthis Order in the State.

(3) If any person who holds the certificate of registration fails to retum the certificale to the Regisfi-ation Committee, referred to in clause (2), within a period ofsix months, the certificate of registration granted to them shall not be renewed or action shall be taken under Section 14 of the said Act.

(2) It shall come into force on lhe date of its publication in the Official Gazefte.
(3) The Registration Comminee shall call back the certificates of registration granted for Metoxuron from all registrants including new registrants.
(a) tf any person who holds the certificate of regisration fails to retum the certificate to the Registration Committee, refened to in clause (3), within a p€riod ofsix monrhs acdon shall be taken under Section 14 of the said Act.
