Section 5: Residential Accommodation

The Chairperson and every other whole- time member shall be entitled for residential accommodation subject to the following: -

(a) Recovery o." rent for the accommodation arranged by the Authority shall be @ 10% of the salary subject to the ceiling on the monthly rental for such accommodation to be regulated in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central government in this regard from time to time; and [MFin—•^g3(ii)1 ___ MTCfl̂ BiTRm: aramOT •

(b) additional recovery @ 2.5% wherever furnished accommodation has been arranged by the Authority either in its own township or own residential flats or arranged on lease basis.
