Section 15: Report of the Committee

Actuaries(Procedure for Enquiry of Professional and Other Misconduct) Rules, 2008Central Rules · 2006

(1) On arriving at a finding under sub - rule (19) of rule 14, the Committee shall submit its report to the Council as provided under sub-section (2) of section 26 of the Act.

( 2) Where the Council refers the report to the Committee with a direction for further enquiry under in sub-section (2) of section 29 - of the Act, the Committee shall make such enquiry and submit its report to the Council.
