Section 18: Residuary provision

Actuaries(Procedure for Enquiry of Professional and Other Misconduct) Rules, 2008Central Rules · 2006

Matters relating to the procedure of enquiry, conduct of cases and allowances to nominated members with respect to which no express provision has been made in these rules shall be referred in each case to the Central Government for its decision and the decision of the Central Government thereon shall be final.
