Section 15: Filing of reply to notice

(1) The reply shall be filed by the defendants on or before the date fixed for hearing, with a copy delivered to . the complainant or applicant, as the case may be.

I i 1 ": (2) Ordinarily, no reply shall be entertained after the date stipulated ! above".

i (3) The reply shall contain the e-mail address of the defendant.

:16. Inspection of records. - (1) Inspection of records, upon the i application in Form 7 shall be allowed under the orders of the Chairperson of ! the Adjudicating Authority, or the Registrar or the Administrative Officer, as, \the case may be.

(2) On grant of application for inspection of the records, the Administrative ,.. Officer or an officer authorized in that behalf shall arrange to procure the .records of the case and allow inspection of such records on the date and time .fixed by the Registrar in the presence of the officer authorized by the .

Registrar.

(3) The officer supervising inspection may, at any time, prohibit further inspection, if in his opinion any of the records are likely to be damaged in the process of inspection.
