Section 1: Short title and application

The Administrator General’s (Maharashtra) Rules, 1970State Rules of Maharashtra · 1963

(1) These rules may be called the Administrator General's (Maharashtra) Rules, 1970.

(2) They shall, save as expressly provided otherwise, apply to, and in relation to, and regulate the proceedings of the Administrator-General in the State of Maharashtra.
