The Administrator-General may, out of the funds in the Fees Account, make advances upto 3[Rs. 5,000] in the agreegate for meeting temporarily the expenses of taking charge of an estate under section 10 or 30 or for obtaining letters of administration. When the amount of such expenses is recovered from the assets realised by him, the same shall be reimbursed to the Fees Account.
