Section 17: Supplementary or Additional Grants or Grants for Excess Expenditure

Administrator's Rule for the Pondicherry Legislative AssemblyCentral Rules · 1963

(1) The Administrator may allot one or more days for presentation of a statement of demands for grants in respect of supplementary or additional or excess expenditure under section 30.

(2) The Administrator may after consultation with the Speaker allot one or more days for the discussion and voting of such demands. In such cases, the same procedure will be followed as is laid down in rules 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 subject to such modifications as the Speaker may deem necessary.
