Section 7: Selection Committee

(1) For selection to all Group 'A' posts, the Selection Committee shall consist of the following, namely: -

(2) For selection to all Group 'B and C posts the SelecLion Committee shall consist of the following:

(c) An expert to be nominated by the Secretary Member;

(3) Each member of the Selection Committee shall give an undertaking that none of his near relatives or next of kin nor any person in whose selection he has a personal interest is under consideration for selection by the Selection Committee.

(4) Selection Committee shall normally recommend a panel of two names for every vacancy referred to it.

(5) No appointment shall be invalid merely for the reason of any vacancy in the Selection Committee.
