Department No. F. 22(2)-PD/2002 (P./) Dated, Jun, 2013 NOTIFICATION Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958 (28 of 1958) the State Government, vide Notification No. 22(2)/PD/2002(PJ) dated 08.03.2013, had declared 34 Police Stations us disturbed in full and 6 Police Stations as disturbed in part. Whereas the matter was reviewed and after consideration of the overall law and order sit clarion of the state, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958 (28 of 1958), the Governor is pleased to declare the Police Stations shown in Schedule-I as disturbed in full (whole area) and Police Stations shown in Schedule-II as disturbed only in part, i.e., in respect of Revenue Villages as indicated in Col. NOTIFICATION 24(twenty-four) Police Stations were declared fully disturbed and 6(six) Police Stations were declared partly disturbed as per the schedule annexed in Notification No.F.22(2)-PD/2002(P.I) dated 25.11.2014. The matter has been further reviewed by the Government and keeping in view the overall improvement in security scenario in the State, it has been decided to completely withdraw the aforesaid Notification with immediate effect.
