a batch of sixty seats in Under Graduate Program and Diplomas in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy / Hotel Managoment & Catering Technology / Applied Arts & Crafts / Architecture 7 16wr1 planning & post graduate program in PGDM / MBA / MCA, excluding supemumerary seats, if aDy;

A batch of 30 seats in Post Graduate pro$am in Engineering / Technology / Pharmacy / Hotel Management & Catering Technology / Applied Arts & Craffs / Architecture / Town Plannins.

2.28 Sub clause 2.28 shall be added after clause 2,27 n the All India Council for Technical .Education (GRANT OF APPROVALS FOR TECHMCAL INSTITUTIONS) REGT'LATIONS, 2011.

Part Time Programs means activities conducted in evening time i.e. 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm (six days a week) wherever First / general shift working exits and are meant only for working professionals or professionals with at least two years of work experienee Sub clause 4.1 g shall be added in the A11 India Council for Technical Education (GRANT OF APPROVALS FOR TECIIMCAL INSTITUTION$ REGI]LATIONS. 2011.

As regards the applications listed at 4.1 (e) and (0 and 4.2 (g the Scrutiny Committee will process the proposals .based on the inforrnation / documents provided by the applicant.

The last date for receipt of zuch application with or without Late Fee shall be as mentioned in the schedule.

Non submission / incomplete submission of application for extension of approval shall invite appropriate penal action against the Institution. The Institution shail be liable to the following punitive action from ary one or more of the following by the council.

L suspension of approval for supemumerary seats for one academic year

2.No admission status in one / more courses for one academic year

3. Withdrawal of approval for Program / course 4, Withdrawal of approval of the Institution Excess admissions Eicess admissions over the sanctioned intake shall not be allowed under any circumstances. ln case any excess admission is reported to / noted by the Council, appropriate penal - action will be initiated against the Institution. ftre Gtitution shall be liable to fpllowing punitive action from any one or more of the following by the council.

1 . Er<cess admission fee amounting five times the total fees collected per student shall be levied agaiast each excess admission'

2. Suspension of approval for supemumerary seats for one academio year

3. No admission status in one / mole courses for one academic year

4. Withdrawal of approval for Program / course'

5. Withdrawal of approval of the Institution.

l. Suspension ofapproval for supemumerary seats, if any for one acadenic year

2. No admission status in respective courses.for one academic year 3 . Withdrawal of approval in the respective cowse 4; Withdrawal of approval of the Institution

14.5 Non fulfillmerit in Computer, Software, fniernet, Printers, Laboratory Equipments, Books, Journals, Library facilities requirements hstitutions not maintaining prescribed Computer, Software, Intemet, Printers, Laboratory Equipments and Books, Joumals, Library facilities shall be liable to following punitive action from atry one or more of the following by the council.

1. Suspension of apprcval for supemumerary seats, if any for one asademic year

2. No admission status in one / more courses for one academic year

3. Withdrawal of approval for Prograrn / cowse

4. Withdrawal of approval of the Institution

14.6 Non fulfillment in additional Essential requirements for Technical Institution Institutions not maintaining prescribed following punitive action from any one council.
