AICTE Constitution of Boards of StudiesCentral Regulations · 1987

In these regulations, unless the context otherr" ise rcquires,-

(a) "Act" means thc All India Council fcr Technica i Educr t ion .A,c t , 1987 (52 o i 1 9 8 7 ) ;

(b') "AICTE" means thc All India Council foi Technical Education as estlbi ished under section 3;

(c) "Board of Studies" means a Boeri.l established in pursuance of sub-section

(1) , or under sub-sect ion (2) , o f sect icn 13',;

(d) "sectiolr" rncans a sc:i ion of the Act.
