Section 17

The AIPH,Odisha Act,2017State Act of Odisha · Act 3 of 2018

(1) The Board of examination shall consist of the following members, namely: 

(a) the Vice- chancellor;

(b) the Dean of the concerned Faculty; and

(c) two members to be nominated from amongst post graduate teachers.

(2) The Board of examination shall have such powers and functions as may be prescribed in the Regulations.
