1. In sub-rule (1) of rule 3, for the words and symbol “in Form-I", the words “physically in Form-I or in Electronic Method” shall be substituted.
2. After clause (iii) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4, the following clause (iv) and (v) shall be added, namely:- "(iv) Parking,
(v) Width of Approach Road."
3. After sub-rule (2) of rule 4, the following sub-rule shall be added, namely:- ''(3) If the land has been allotted or leased by the Government, local authority or statutory body for a specific purpose, but development/construction work of the site has been done for a purpose other than the specific purpose recorded in the said allotment/ lease and if the public interest is not affected by such construction, then the regularization may be done."
4.
