retails sale of Country/Foreign Liquor Rules, 2002, namdy' :- . ' AMENDMENTS I. In the aforesaid rules:- ( 1) In Ruic 6 for the words and figures "Rs. 3000/-" the words and figures "Rs. 3500/-" shall be substituted.
(2) In sub-rule (3) of Ruic 4 for the word:. and sentence "An .applicant/Firm/Company cannot obtain licenses for more than One group of shops in any Districts" the words and sentence "An applicant/ Firm/Company cannot obtain licenses for more than Two group of shops in any Districts" shall be substituted.
(3) . In clause (c) of Rule 14, the following clause (c) shall be substituted, namely :- "(c) The rate of duty of retail shops of country/foreign liquor for issue of liquor, from 01-04-· 2009 shall beas pertablegiven below:- S.No.
