(g) "Holding Company" means the Chhattisgarh State Power Holding Company Limited, a company to be incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with the main object of undertaking the co-ordination · activities between Generation Company, Distrib~tion Company, Transmission Company and Trading Company for Smooth functioning of the above mentioned s,uccessor entities.~' ·
