(l)t2020.-In exercise of rhe powers conferreri by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleascd ro rnake the foilowing rules further tcr amend the Punjab Educational Servicc (School and Inspcction) Group'B' Service Rules.
2018, namely:- - RULES 1' ( I ) These rules may be called the Punjab Educational Service (School and Inspec:tion) Group 'B' Service (First Amendment) Rules,2020.

2' In the Punjab Educational Service (School and Inspection) Group ,B,Service Rules, 2018 (hereinafter refbrred to as rhe 'said rures'), in Appendix 'A,, -
(i) in Serial No. 9, in the main heading "Number of posts,,, under sr-rb headings 'Pernant:nt'and 'Total', for trie figures ',g43,', the figures ',g27,,, shall, r espectivel ui,: s.iibsti tured; and (iii attcr serial No. 20, the foliowing serial number shail bc added, narncly :_ 2llpdrrs Coordinaror t6 0 t6 10300.34g00+5400,,.

(r) :br Serial No. i z'nd entries relating thereto, the following shall be substitutecl, nar,cly :

(1) Should have passed Graduation with minimurn Iiftyfive pcr cent marks, from a recogniz-ed university or institution as per University Grants Commission guidelines;

(i) two per (2) Should have cent from passed B.Ed., from a amongst the lss6gni2ed ufriversity Block or institution except in Primary case of persons Education working to the posts Officersl ofVocational and Masters or
(ii) Forty- Vocational Lecturer eightper or Computer Masters cent from or Computer Faculty amorrgst the as Per University Masters or Grants Commission Mistresses guidelines; and;
ofdifferent (3) Should possess sub.lccts, teaching experience working fora minimum period under the of three years against conrol of the post of a teacher the Director, in any Governmeqt based on School under the their inter- control of thc se seniority. Direcl.or.

(3) Should possess teaching experiencc fbr a minimum period of six years as Masters or Mistresses in any Government School or shall possess minimum three years experience in case of Block Primary Education. Officer".

(1)12020.-In exercise of the powers cont-erred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, and all other powers enabling hirn in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Punjab Educational Service (School and lnspection Border Area) Group 'B' Service Rules, 2018, namely:- RULES ( I ) These rules may be called the Punjab Educational Service (School and Inspection Border Area) Croup'B' Service (First Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the OfficialGazette.
In the Punjab Educational Service (School and Inspection Border Area) Group 'B' Service Rules, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the 'said Rules'), in Appendix 'A', -
(i) in Serial No. 9, in the main heading "Number of Posts", under sub headings 'Permanent' and 'Total', for the figures "325", the figures "3 19", shali, respectively, be substituted; and
(ii) after Serial No. 20, the following serial number shall be added, namely :- " 21 Sports Coordinator 6 0 6 10300-34800+5400".
In the said rules, in Appendix 'B',-
(i) for Serial No. I and entiies relating tnereto, the following shall be substiiuted, namely: - l. Headmaster Fifty per or cent Headmistress J.
Fifty per cent, These posts shall be filled up in the following order, namely:-
(l) Should have passed Graduation with minimum fiftyfive per cent marks, from a recognized university or institution as per University Grants Commission guidelines;
(l) Should have passe'd Graduation from a recognized university or institution as per University Cirants Conrmission guidel ines:

(i) two per (2) Should have cent from passed B.Ed., from a amongst the recognized university Block or institution except in Primary case of persons Education working to the posts Officers; ofVocational and Masters or
(ii) Forty- Vocational Lecturer eight per or ComPuter Masters cent from or Computer Faculty amongst the as Per University Masters or Grants Commission Mistresses guidelines;and;
ofdifferent (3) Should possess subjects. teaching expcrience working for a minimum period under the of three years against control of the post of a teacher the Director, in any Goverrlment based on School underthe their inter- control of the se-seniority. Director.
(ii) in Serial No. 2 to 20, under column 6, for the words "for a minimum pcrliod of flve',, the words "on the said posts of Masters/lvlistresses, for a minimum period of fbur" shall be substituted.
(iii) after serial No. 20, the following serial number shall be added, namely :
