(a) The serial numbers 9, 31, 32. 37 and 47 and the eiiEries relating thereto shall be omitted.
(b) at the end, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely;— "Provided that the omission of the serial numbers 9, 31, 32, 37 and 47 and the entries relating thereto, vide notification of the Government of India number S. O. 2683(B), daied the 26th October, 2009. shall not affect to any action taken or anything done before the date of publication of said notification " [F. (b) Sub-sec lion (2) of Section 5, subject to die condition that any order may be passed widi the previous approval of Ihe Central Government:
