Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi , with the approval of the Central Government. hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Delhi Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1999, namely :- -· . RULES
1. Short title. extent and commencement :-
(1) These rules may be called the Delhi Registration of Births and Deaths (Amendment) Rules ,
2006.
(2) They shall extend to the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
(3) They shall be deemed to come into force with immediate effect.
2. (1) Amendment of Form No. 1- In the Delhi Registration of Births and Deaths Rules 1999, (hereinafter referred to as the ·' Principal Rules, "') in Form Ko. L after entry 5. the following entries shall be inserted, namely :-- ,. 5 A- Permanent Address of Parents; 5 B- Address of Parents at the time of birth of child."
(2) Amendment of Form Ko. 2- In the principal Rules, in Form No.Z, after entrv 2(A). the following entries shall be inserted, namely :-- .. 2 B- Kame of mother of deceased: 2 C- Permanent Address of deceased ; 2 D- Address of Deceased at the time of Death;"
