Section 14: The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely

The Amity University, Punjab Act, 2021. (Punjab Act No. 6 of 2021).State Act of Punjab · Act 6 of 2021

(i) the Governing Body;

(ii) the Board of Management;

(iii) the Academic Council;

(iv) the Finance Committee; and The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer.

The Registrar.

Other officers.

Authorities of the University.

(v) such other authorities, as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
