Section 49: Executive control over authorities

Every authority other than the Central Government acting under these rules shall be subject to the directions and control ofthe Central Government:

Provided that nothingIn these rules shall be deemed to affect the powers of executive control oi the Chief Controller over the Officers subordinate to him.
