Section 18: Demand of further security

The Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1959Central Rules · 1958

Where during the currency of a licence, any amount has been recovered under rule 17, the Director-General may require the licensee, within such time as he may specify, to deposit such further sum as security as is equivalent to the amount so recovered.
