Section 36: Cancellation of licence

The Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1959Central Rules · 1958

The Director-General may, by order, cancel a licence granted under rule 35 if he is satisfied that any of its conditions has been violated:

Provided that no licence shall be cancelled unless the licensee has been given an opportunity to make his objections.
