The Andaman and Nicobar Islands (Administration) Regulation, 1979.Regulations · 1979

(1) The Administrator shall preside at the meetings'of the Pradesh Qounc^,.

(2) During the absence of the Administrator from any meeting of the Pradesh Council, such person as the Administrator may designate from a panel prepared t>y nim from amongst the elected members of the Pradesh Council, snan preside at such meeting.
