Section 46

The Andaman and Nicobar Tenancy Regulation 2021Union territory Regulations of Andaman and Nicobar Islands · 1949

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Regulation, the Administrator may, by order published in the Official Gazette, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Regulation, remove the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Regulation.

(2) Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made be laid before the Parliament Power to remove difficulties.
