Section 15: Medical Certificate

The Andaman and Niocbar Islands Waqf Board Regulation 2018Union territory Regulations of Andaman and Nicobar Islands · 1995

(1) Every person appointed for the first time to a post under the Board, shall furnish a certificate of health fitness to the Chief Executive Officer. The medial certificate shall be in the following form and it shall be attached to the first bill submitted for the pay of person concerned:

(2) In case of Group A employees, the certificate shall be issued by the Civil Surgeon of the District or the Medical Superintendent of Government Hospital.
