(1) It shall be an offence under this Regulation if- Punish-

73. Any co-oprative society or any oBcer or member thereof or any o,ther person contravening the pr,ovi$ions of thi's Regulation for which no punishment is expressly provided herein shall be punishable with fine which may extend to fifty r:upees.
