Section 35: Register of members

Andaman and Nicobar Islands Cooperative Socities Regulation 1973Union territory Act of Andaman and Nicobar Islands · Act 3 of 1973

Any register or list of members or shares kept by any co-operative society shall be prima facie evidence of any of the following particulars entered therein, namely:

(a) the date on which any person entered in such register or list became a member;

(b) the date on which any such person ceased to be a member.
