Section 60: Priority of contributions assessed by liquidator

Andaman and Nicobar Islands Cooperative Socities Regulation 1973Union territory Act of Andaman and Nicobar Islands · Act 3 of 1973

Notwithstanding anything contained in any law relating to insolvency, the contribution assessed by a liquidator shall rank next to debts due to the Government or to any local authority in order of priority in insolvency proceedings.
