The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Khadi and Village Industries Board Regulation, 1988.Regulations · 1988

(i) The Board may associate with itself in such manner and for such purposes as may be determined by bye-laws, any person or per-, sons whose assistance or advice it may desire in complying with anjrof the provisions of this Regulation.

(2) A person associated with the Board under sub-section (1) sha}J have the right to take part in the discussions of the Board relevant to the purpose for which he has been associated, but shall not have the right to vote, and shall be entitled to receive such allowances and fees as'may be fixed by the Administrator.
