The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Opium Smoking (Prohibition) Regulation, 1955.Regulations · 1955

(1) The provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 shall apply to the execution of warrants and to searches made under section 11.

(2) For the purpose of the said provisions of the said Code, the Collector shall be deemed to be a Court.
