106. Every police officer shall give immediate information to the Village Council and Island Council of an offence coming to his knowledge which has been committed against this Regulation or any rules made thereunder and shall assist all members and employees of the Village Council and Island Council in the exercise oftheir lawful authority.
107. Every Village Council and Island Council shall classify and preserve its records in the manner prescribed.
108. Every Village Council and Island Council shall, on an application made to it by any person interested, allow inspection of its records and grant certified copies thereof on payment of the prescribed fee.
