(1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Proprietary Estates’ Village Service and the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Hereditary Village Offices Laws (Repeal) Act,1969.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh, other than the territories specified in sub-section (1) of section 3 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956.

(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 22nd May, 1969.
