Section 10: Authorities of the University - The following shall be the authorities of the University

Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University Act, 2008State Act of Andhra Pradesh · Act 32 of 2008

(i) The General Council;

(ii) The Executive Council;

(iii) The Academic Council;

(iv) The Finance Committee;

(v) Planning and Monitoring Board;

(vi) such other authorities as may be declared by the University by the Regulation to be the authorities of the University.

11. General Council - The General Council shall be the Apex Authority of the University.
