Section 20: Academic Senate] and its powers and functions

Dr. N.T.R University of Health Sciences Act, 1986.State Act of Andhra Pradesh · Act 6 of 1986

(1) The 2[Academic Senate] shall be the principal academic body of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Statutes and Ordinances, co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the academic policies of the University.

(2) The Constitution of the 2[Academic Senate] and its powers and functions shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
