Section 23: The Board of studies

There shall be Boards of Studies attached to each department of teaching and research. The constitution and powers of the Board of Studies shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.

Term of office of members of the Executive Council, the Academic Senate and the Planning Board:- Save as otherwise provided, the members of the Executive Council, the Academic Senate and the Planning Board shall be reconstituted at or about the same time every three years and the members of these authorities shall except in the case of ex-officio members hold office as members thereof upto the date of next reconstitution.]
