Section 28: Transfer of Government Institutions to the University

the Dravidian University Act, 1997.State Act of Andhra Pradesh · Act 17 of 1997

The Government may, at any time after the commencement of this Act, transfer to the University, the control and management of any of its institutions on such terms and conditions as may be deemed proper.
