Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Andhra Pradesh Government Lands and Buildings (Termination of Leases) Act, 1986.State Act of Andhra Pradesh · Act 18 of 1986

(1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Government Lands and Buildings (Termination of Leases) Act, 1986.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette appoint.
