Vice Chainnen and Members) Rules, 1989 namely :-..
2 THE GAZETrE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PARTlI--8Ec.3(i)] I. (I) These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chainnan, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Amendment Rules, 2009.
(2) These shall be applicable to the Chainnan, Vice Chairmen and Members of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal appointed before the 19th February, 2007.
2. In rule 8 of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chainnen and Members) Rules, 1989 in sub-rule (2), for the words "rupees seven thousand seventy four per annum", the words "rupees fourteen thousand five hundred and thirty two per annum" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of January, 2006.

V·lith a vil:w to implement the recommendations of the Sixth Pay.' Commission regarding Central Government employees' pension, the Central Government has decided to revise the pension of the Chainnan, Vice-Chainnen and Members ol'the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal who were appointed before the 19th February, 2007 with effect from the I st day ofJanuary, 2006. Accordingly, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service ofChainnan, Vice Chainnan and Members) Rules, 1989 are being amended with retrospective effect from the I st day of January, 2006.
2. 1t is certified that no Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Member of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal is likely to be affected by thc proposed amendment being given retrospective effect.

2. <IT.'fiT.f.!. 673(31), llfit& 18~, 2007 NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th December, 2009 G.S.R. 882 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I), read with clause (e) of the suh-section
(2) of Section 35 and Section 36A of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 (13 ofI985), the CentralGovernment hereby makes the following rules further to amend the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Cond~tions of Service of Chairman, Vice Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1994, namely :-
1. (I) These rules may be called the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chainnan, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Amendment Rules, 2009.
(2) These shall be applicable to the Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members of the \Vest Bengal Admin istrativc Tribunal appointed before the 19th February, 2007.
2. In rule 8 of the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chain nan, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1994 in suh-rule (2), for the words "rupees seven thousand seventy four per annum", the words "rupees fourteen thousand five hundred and thirty two per annum" shall bc substituted with cffect Ii'om the 1st day of January, 2006.

With a view to implement the recommendations of the Sixth Pay Commission regarding Central Government' employees' pension. the Central Government has decided to revise the pension of the Chainnan, Vice-Chairmen and Members of the West Bengal Administrative Trihunal who were appointed before the 19th February, 2007 with effect fi'om the I st day of January, 2006. Accordingly, the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances and Conditions of Service of Chain nan, Vice Chainnen and Members) Rules, 1994 are being amended with retrospective effect from the 1st day of January, 2006.
2. It is certified that no Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Member of the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal is likely to be affected by the proposed amendment being given retrospective effect Fool Note: The Principal rules were published vide notification No. G.S.R. 875(E), dated the 21 st December, 1994 and subsequently amended vide notifications No.:
L G.S.R.587(E), dated the 5th July, 2000
